Quitting is NOT in our vocabulary

Life has been a little " bumpy" lately, but I wanted to give you an update. I apologize for not posting sooner.

Long story short, I had brain surgery on June 6th to remove a tumor caused by breast cancer that has spread to my brain. Surgery was successful. Now we move on to the next step which will be a radiation consultation to decide which route we head for that. Also a change in my drugs again, as clearly they were not working. But hey, enough about me. I wanted to give you an update on our search for Sam.

Right before my seizure and trip to the ER, I had a zoom meeting with our private investigator and an author who is interested in telling Sam's story. I am not ready to share her name or information yet, but wanted to let you know that is in the works. She is an extremely kind, knowledgable and gifted human so we are fortunate she is on board.

We also have Aloft Drone Search on board as well and they will be heading up the mountain late this summer when the weather permits. Please check out their website and share if you feel so inclined.

In addition we have a geographic profiler and several other experts on the case who will all be working together to hopefully bring us much needed answers.

We could not have done any of this without our amazing private investigator who has become like family to us. She has never given up and gives us such a sense of peace. We have been able to deal with my current health bump and were at peace knowing she was taking care of Sam's case.

So that's my update for now. Thank you again for constantly supporting our family, We have been humbled by your constant love and support. The words "thank you" seem so insufficient. Please know you are all deeply loved.
